  1. Can I use my tour credit more than once?
    1. No. Each Costco booking number has one tour credit associated with it that can only be applied once.
  2. What do I do if my Costco credit wasn’t applied to my booking?
    1. Please email us at CUSTOMERSERVICE@ALOHAVIP.COM. Please include your name, the order number of your booking and your Costco booking number (Starts with a C followed by nine numbers)

  5. How do I book a tour(s) that is not on the website?
    1. Please email us at RESERVATIONS@ALOHAVIP.COM. Please include your name, a phone number, the island you are visiting, the dates you will be there, and what tour(s) you are interested in doing.
  6. Where do I meet my shuttle at the airport?
    1. Oahu – Your greeter wearing a red and white aloha shirt will meet you downstairs in your assigned baggage claim.
    2. Maui – Check in with the SpeediShuttle representative at Baggage Claim 4
    3. Kona – SpeediShuttle will pick you up at the center median outside of baggage claim.
    4. Kauai – If you arrive on Hawaiian, American or Delta, proceed to the Pre-arranged Transportation Parking Area on the RIGHT side of baggage claim. If you arrive on United or Alaska, proceed to the Pre-arranged Transportation Parking Area on the LEFT side of baggage claim.
  7. How can I confirm my departure transportation to take me to the airport?
    1. Oahu – Please refer to your yellow flyer distributed on arrival. If the date, flight number and flight time match your information, your pick-up time listed is confirmed. Please be at the designated pick-up spot before the time listed. If there is a discrepancy, please email us at TRANSPORTATION@ALOHAVIP.COM at least 48 hours prior to departure.
    2. Maui – Please email us at TRANSPORTATION@ALOHAVIP.COM. Please include your name, hotel, date of transportation, and a contact phone number.
